In addition to winning the award for Facility of the Year (over 500 units), Rent a Space was thrilled to also have one of our store managers recognised as a contender for the prestigious 2022 Manager of the Year award.
Gregory Hills store manager, Kim Copson, was one of just three Finalists for the hotly contested Manager of the Year award, which evaluates operational performance, financial performance, sales and marketing, community interaction and team leadership.
Kim has been with Rent a Space for 7 years and proudly manages our Gregory Hills store, one of our largest storage facilities. Kim and her team oversee more than 860 well-presented units in three buildings. Every unit is individually alarmed and CCTV in and around the property provides peace of mind. Our popular Free Truck & Driver move-in service and free trailer hire has already saved time and money for hundreds of satisfied customers and is another example of the extra mile we go to prioritize convenience.
Kim is a dedicated manager who cares about her customers. From the minute a customer enters the store, they are given a warm welcome. The “face” of Rent a Space in the Macarthur region, Kim engages with the local community through her administration and representation of the company’s sponsorship of the Gregory Hills/Oran Park Chargers Junior Rugby League Club and the Oran Park Netball Club. Rent a Space has been a long term sponsor of both these teams.
